EGES Construction department developed ECOMELT induction furnace systems and it became a reflection of 30 years experience in developments and achievements in ULTRAMELT systems.

EGES company developed these economical induction furnaces to a greater to a greater extent on request of customers mainly for foundries wishing to hold induction furnaces in the existing premises.

ECOMELT furnaces have the same characteristics as ULTRAMELT systems. System control is accomplished by the microprocessor which is designed by EGRS engineers. More information is given below.

On the furnaces of ECOMELT series were removed all the negative and weaknesses. Thus it was produced a new generation of durable, easy, requiring no after-sales service, furnaces.

Thanks to ECOMELT furnace series making only insignificant investment costs metallurgists can purchase effective furnaces for their casting shops for maximum gratification of wants.
