EGES ULTRAHEAT systems are mainly produced for 3 different applications:

1.    Heating Metal Plates: This is a new technology which is developed by EGES Co. The broad application of this system mainly in continuous galvanised steel sheet proses. Continious steel sheet is being heated up to certain degree of temperature, before they are sent to galvanising baths. EGES produces up to 50 tons/hr capacity -system for such application.
 
2.    Heating Metal Pipes: The system is used to heat up the steel pipes of Ø4"- Ø10" (inches) before polyethylene coating. EGES produces up to 80 tons/hr capacity system for such applications.

3.    Steel Billet Heating: This system is used to heat up steel or aluminium billets of various profiles, up to 1200 °C before forging. EGES produces up to 15 tons/hr capacity systems for such application.
